Payment Methods
All orders require payment in full before shipment. For custom orders we require 50% deposit with 50% due upon completion.  We accept personal checks, business checks, money orders, certified checks and wire-transfers. We also accept MasterCard, Visa and JCB credit cards. International orders are accepted in pounds sterling, euros and Swiss francs.

Shipping
Packing and shipping will be billed to the customer. O’Meara Sterling ships most orders via United States Postal Service Registered Mail. If required, we can provide faster delivery service via Federal Express, UPS or DHL Express. All our shipping methods are insured and require a signature on delivery.

Sales Tax
Arizona residents, please add 6.3% sales tax to your order.

Returns Policy
Returns, Exchanges and allowances are at our sole discretion. Custom orders may not be returned or exchanged. Deposits are non-refundable.

Gift-Wrapping
Please indicate if you would like your package gift-wrapped.

Custom Orders
O’Meara Sterling is happy to undertake custom orders for silverware and jewelry. Depending on the piece and time of year, completion time can vary from 2-5 months. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.

Design Approval on Custom Orders
Drawings provided for custom-orders are artist’s renderings based on an idea of how the finished product will look. The finished three-dimensional piece executed in metal may have variances in proportion and design than that shown in the drawing. Any sizes indicated are always approximate. Time-Sensitive Orders
Every effort will be made to accommodate deadlines, but no due date can be guaranteed due to the nature of the hand-crafted process. Please allow at least 6 weeks notice for time-sensitive orders.  On all custom orders, please allow at least 12 weeks notice.

Quality Standards
Every piece of O’Meara Sterling is “hand-made” or “hand-crafted.” Only items which match our rigorous quality standards are allowed out of Stephen’s workshop for you to enjoy. However, please note that the “hand-made” and “hand-crafted” processes incur slight irregularities in some pieces. These irregularities create the warmth and character of items which are made by hand, rather than by a machine.
