In a carpeted room, Stephen has a solid-wood jewelers bench where he does much of the intricate assembling and finishing of pieces.  The microscope aids in the hand-assembly of his miniature hollowware. This is also home to his engraving equipment, files and flexible shaft tool which is used for fine polishing.
